I started talking about Personal and Professional Development (PPD) with my employees and colleagues several years ago. This blog is a collection point for some of the basic information I have collected and developed, and for the further development of strategies for personal success. Dreaming about success will not make it happen. Taking action will. This blog is not a step by step guide to success, but rather a starting point for your own personal development journey.

Quote of the Week
Success does not consist in never making mistakes but in never making the same one a second time. — George Bernard Shaw
We all make mistakes and we will all continue to do so. The difference between those who find success and those who spin their wheels comes down to the fact that successful people learn from their mistakes. Successful people take the time to evaluate their mistakes and to find the lesson within each one.
You have likely seen or heard a similar quote – If you want to double your success rate, double your failure rate. Again it is in the learning from the failure that the seeds for success are found. Do not be afraid to try something new. Sure you may make a mistake (or two, or three) but if you learn from each mistake you will get better at whatever activity you are working on. Success lies just outside your comfort zone. You have to stretch and grow yourself intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. You do that and you will slowly become impossible to stop.
I wish each and every one of you that are reading this the all success you are capable of and that you deserve.
